We are a growing group on the move. Currently Gallatin Valley Newcomers Club sponsors the following events.

Luncheons - at various restaurants around the valley. Held the first Thursday of the month, September through May at 11:30 a.m. Members will receive a call from their 'caller' 2 weeks prior to the event with location, menu, and cost. Information is published in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle's Sunday Club section 2 weeks prior to the event.

Coffees - at various members homes around the valley. Held the third Tuesday of the month, September through May plus July at 10:00 a.m.. Information is published in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle's Sunday Club section 2 weeks prior to the event

Special Interest Groups - We have 33 groups that meet through out the month. From crafts, knitting, outings, hiking, dining, to gun appreciation, our members are encouraged to join these small groups to find women who share the same hobbies.  You can sign up for these groups at our Luncheons or Coffees.

Holiday Auction - Items that are donated from local business and members are auctioned off at our December Luncheon. Proceeds directly benefit non-profit organizations in our valley.

"CALLER"- This is our clubs phone tree. Callers are assigned 15-20 members alphabetically. Callers get R.S.V.P. information back to our Luncheon Coordinator, who coordinates with the restaurant. Note: If you R.S.V.P. that you will be at a Luncheon, and do not show or contact your caller one week prior to the Luncheon, you will be charged for the missed lunch.
