Dues

Gallatin Valley Newcomers Club membership dues are currently $15 per year. If you have been a member for 5 years, or more, you can pay a one time fee of $50 for a Lifetime Membership.

Our fiscal year begins in September. To be included in our membership directory you must have your dues paid by our October Luncheon. Dues are not prorated. All membership fees must be paid in September, regardless of when you joined our club.

Membership forms can be found at each Luncheon, Coffee or email us to have one mailed to you. 

Gallatin Valley Newcomers Club Operating Agreements

The Board respectfully asks that all who attend our club functions abide by our operating agreements.

--Please let your caller know of any dietary restrictions (not food preferences) you might have. We'll do our best to accommodate these requests.
--Let your caller know promptly if you need to change your reservation. Failure to do so could result in you being billed for the meal you missed.
--Please turn off your cell phones during coffees and luncheons. This detracts from the purpose of our club, which is to socialize with others in the room.
--Please refrain from visiting with your neighbor during the business meetings or during the program.
--Please leave your name badges on the table or place in the basket before you leave.
